All of our orders are shipped from Dublin, Ireland.
Returns Policy
We hope you have received & love your purchase, but if for some reason you would like to return your order, here is our policy & process.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON ALL RETURNS
- You are responsible for the cost of returning your item/order
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of the shipping will be returned to you.
- The items remain your responsibility until we receive them intact.
- Refunds can take up to 14 working days to process once your return is received into the warehouse.
- The refund will be made to the card used at point of sale.
- Management reserve the right to refund any transaction that they feel may have been processed fraudulently through the system. These can include, but are not limited to, hacking or external interferences.

Includes Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands - Up to 10 working days - €12.50
Europe Zone 2
Includes Austria, Denmark, Switzerland - Up to 10 working days - €25.00
Europe Zone 3
Includes Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden - Up to 10 working days - €25.00
Europe Zone 4
Includes Finland, Norway, Portugal, Spain - Up to 10 working days - €25.00
Europe Zone 5:
Includes Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania - Up to 10 working days - €25.00
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SURCHARGE
For orders shipped outside the EU (i.e. Great Britain) Customs Clearance Surcharges are paid by the customer and not by Flaunta. We cannot refund any charges that may be incurred due to customs clearance. This does not apply to orders shipped to Ireland.
Faulty Products
All products undergo a thorough quality control process which is evidenced prior to dispatch. If any Product you order or packaging is damaged or faulty upon delivery, you must inform us at the latest of two business days following the date of delivery by email to customercare@flaunta.ie and provide the following details: your name, order number and a description of the fault. We kindly request that supporting images are provided of the fault described in order for us to investigate in a timely manner. We will investigate the defect and respond to your query within 5 business days.
Where a defective product is returned to us, the customer shall be responsible for the safe return of the item (including courier charges) and provided the fault is identifiable and genuine, we shall arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched with free shipping. Please note our warranty period for all products is 12 months following the date of purchase. Any products which are defective after 12 months of the date of purchase shall not be covered by our warranty.
